What you type in the generators
Documents are generated entirely in your web browser. The names, addresses, amounts and other details you enter, and any logo you add, are not sent to our servers and not stored by us. The PDF, Word and Excel files are created on your device and saved directly to it.
Optional local draft
If you tick "Keep a draft in this browser", your entries are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only, so you can come back later. We cannot read this draft. Untick the box or clear your browser data to delete it. The confirmation checkbox on receipts and invoices is never saved.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views, measure page speed and count downloads by format (for example "PDF downloaded on the invoice page"). These tools do not use cookies, do not track you across websites and report aggregated statistics. They do not receive the content of your documents.
Cookies and advertising
The site does not currently set advertising cookies and does not show ads. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required (for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), ask for your consent through a consent message.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service. Fonts are served from our own domain.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and we do not share them.
Children
The site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
